Senior Launch and Project Manager Job Description:

Global Responsibility:
Bringing Xiromed's EU portfolio pipeline, both internal and external, to the market in accordance with the goals and business plan of the business unit. This includes ensuring the launch is properly planned, technically prepared, timely implemented, and successfully launched into the markets.
Specific Responsibilities:
* Improve Business Case (BC) format and forecasting accuracy, and manage involvement in launch/replenishment orders.
* Lead the implementation and maintenance of a launch planning system, likely SAP-based.
* Participate actively in COGs negotiations for launches and existing portfolio, renegotiating where margins are low.
* Manage forecasting and order placement for launches.
* Coordinate and configure in-house portfolio for regulatory and business cases.
* Manage launches as part of the launch team, leading multiple launch projects.

Requirements and Personal Skills:
Education: University Degree in Pharmacy or similar.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Launch and Project Management, with experience in Business Development and COGs negotiation networks.
Specific Knowledge: Systems implementation and maintenance.
Travel: Willing to travel as needed.
Personal Skills: Flexibility, openness, teamwork, good communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
