We create for our global customers engineered components and sub-systems that deliver extreme precision and performance for a range of mission-critical applications—from minimally invasive surgery to robotics to 3D metal printing.**Summary**As a Customer Success Engineer, you will help to ensure customer satisfaction and health, as well as strengthening the ongoing relationship with customers by providing top-quality technical services.Customer Success Engineer is expected to ensure customer renewals and to increase sales for existing customers.Main responsibilites include pre-sales engineering, technical project leading, field engineering, post-sales engineering.**Your Responsibilities*** Accountability for ongoing value delivered successful implementation.* Customer key point of contact for all technical aspects including on-boarding, methodology consultancy and best practices.* Trusted advisor. Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels.* Serve as the key liaison for sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.* Provide status and service reports to recommend next steps to management.* Setup customer’s cloud environment to match their needs.* Travel to customer premises to ensure successful RFID’s PoC.* Act as the voice of customer within the company.**Your Experience, Education, and Skills*** An Engineering Bachelor’s Degree. Ideally Telecommunications or Computer Science.* Knowledge of computer networks. A clear understanding of IP networks.* 2+ years experience in customer-facing roles in a tech company.* Highly interested in the Retail sector.* Knowledge and experience in RFID technology is highly preferred.* Problem-solving capacity to find customer solutions.
