The Fashion Advisor surpasses client expectations. Creates a tailor-made client experience, personalized solutions for each visit and client, using the CHANEL experience ritual and building long-lasting relationships. Embraces digital shopping trends and actively participates in delivering a seamless omni-channel experience. Co-creates stories with clients, blending brand culture with personal stories to create unique moments. Helps clients develop their style and proposes alterations if needed. Handles client complaints and requests effectively and professionally.Business Driver :
The Fashion Advisor is performance-minded, aims to achieve sales targets, and contributes to business growth by leveraging products, services, and data capture. Maintains discretion about all business areas and reports to the Boutique Manager. Monitors after-sales requests.Team Player :

retail experience is a plus. Selling skills and performance-driven mindset for RTW styling and total looks.
