We are seeking a
Cluster Category Manager
to act as a vital link between local markets and the Global Category Team. This role involves capturing local market insights and ensuring they are reflected in global strategies, while supporting the implementation of those strategies locally. The manager will serve as the primary contact between the Global Category Organization and markets within the assigned cluster, gathering and synthesizing input from sales, trade partners, and end consumers to provide actionable insights to the global team. The role requires understanding market dynamics, emerging trends, and customer behaviors to ensure local perspectives are represented in global planning. Additionally, the manager will oversee the deployment and adaptation of global product strategies and support local teams in executing category initiatives.This is a key role for someone who excels in a cross-functional, international environment and is passionate about aligning local market realities with global strategies.Gather market insights to support product strategy and portfolio development.Inform markets about new projects, innovations, and product launches.Lead product launches from business case creation to training and commercial readiness.Analyze market environment to optimize product range and support sales and margins.Conduct benchmarks, define pricing strategies, and identify gaps.Support SKU management initiatives, including reducing complexity and leading phase-outs.Prepare go-to-market plans ensuring proper launch strategies.Analyze past results and forecast future initiatives.Provide recommendations and drive corrective actions in markets.Review financials and suggest adjustments to product line-ups and value chains.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s in Marketing or related field preferred.Up to 2 years of experience in a multinational or cross-functional role in the industrial or consumer goods sector, ideally with a consultancy background.Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal;
additional languages are a plus.Strong analytical, collaborative, and adaptable skills.Ability to build relationships across diverse teams in an inclusive environment.Good business acumen with a strategic outlook.Passion for achieving objectives and developing solutions.What we offer :
