Misión
Buscamos incorporar un perfil FP supervisor civil para dar apoyo al jefe de producción en la actividad de obra civil con especialidad en movimiento de tierras en una planta fotovoltaica de 200 MW.
Responsabilidades
* Supervisar tareas
* Supervisar cuadrillas de obra y contratistas
* Planificar y organizar el trabajo diario
* Cumplir normar de seguridad, higiene, medioambiente y estándares de calidad
* Coordinación de personal propio y externo
* Coordinación con el J. Obra de proveedores y subcontratas
* Replanteos de cimentación, estructura y acabados
* Revisión continua de los trabajos ejecutados en obra
* Control de calidad asignado a cada proveedor
* Lectura de planos
Requerimientos del puesto
* Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio
* Educación secundaria
* PRL 60 horas con certificado
* Experiencia demostrable en tareas similares de al menos 2 años.
* Se requiere experiencia en grandes movimiento de tierras y ejecución de sistemas de drenajes.
* Carnet de conducir
* 2º ciclo de construcción

Mission
Programme and control the use of both human and production resources in the civil area, in accordance with the deadlines established by the civil area, according to the deadlines set by the planning area, maximising quality and minimising costs.
Responsibilities
* Schedule, distribute and control the workload of the area's personnel, complying with the production programme.
* Prepare the necessary devices for the civil processes.
* Control that personnel comply with the industrial safety regulations and standards described in the company's plan.
* Maintain the equipment and tools in the area in good condition.
* Comply with all procedures and instructions applicable to the area.
* Request the execution of specialisation courses and evaluate the application to their personnel in charge.
* Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
* Performs and introduces measures to improve production methods, equipment operation, and the quality of the service.
* Analyses and solves work problems, assisting them in the solution of problems in their operational work.
Requirements
* FP2 training with specialisation in electrical works preferably/ Technical engineering
* This can be supplemented by demonstrable experience in the position.
