About the job
We are looking for a Bid Specialist to join the Rail & Transit team in our offices in Bilbao or Madrid.

* Supporting the preparation, coordination and presentation of competitive bids and proposals for railway projects.
* Ensuring that all tender documentation complies with customer specifications, industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
* Tracking tender opportunities, submission deadlines and bid progress using project management tools.
* Supporting the tender team in preparing presentations and materials for client meetings and interviews.
* Assisting with post-tender evaluations and contributing to the continuous improvement of tender processes.

About you
Apply if you
* Have studied engineering or a similar subject.
* Have 1 to 2 years experience in tender support or proposal coordination, ideally within the rail, transit or infrastructure sectors, and in supporting bids in collaboration with partners.
* Have knowledge of international public procurement processes in the railway and transit sector.
* Are familiar with railway and transit terminology, standards and procurement processes.
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe InDesign or graphic tools for bid production is an advantage.
* Are a team player with technical excellence.
* Can work independently with a flair for innovation.
* Do have an advanced level of English.
