This position offers a challenging environment with opportunities for growth, a competitive salary, and benefits.Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving enterprise account penetration in the Andalusia region and the private sector, managing sales and maintenance activities aligned with Huawei's enterprise strategy, value proposition, and channel engagement model.The ideal candidate will have senior-level sales experience with large enterprise accounts and mid-market opportunities.Location:
Sevilla or MalagaResponsibilities:
Territory Sales:
Target, develop, and close opportunities in enterprise accounts within the assigned verticals, including key accounts in banking, energy, transportation, and public administration.Territory Channel:
Develop and maintain a local channel plan, coordinate with the channel team, and manage relationships with national and global partners with local presence.Enhance customer relationships by managing all activities between Huawei and clients, promoting the full range of Huawei solutions.Create sales account plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with Huawei's enterprise strategy.Utilize Huawei reporting tools for knowledge sharing and business predictability.Work towards individual and team sales targets.Understand and apply Solution Sales mechanisms and components.Demonstrate key enterprise account management skills, including forecasting, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, negotiation, and presentation skills.Show leadership, initiative, and motivation within the team.Coordinate with organizational resources like presales, services, and channels.Gain extensive industry and Huawei enterprise knowledge.Provide market insights and feedback.Ensure customer satisfaction and brand integrity.Qualifications:
Ability to develop new business models using new technology.Experience managing customer accounts at CxO and technical levels.Skills in establishing brands, exploring product opportunities, and developing competitive strategies.Good knowledge of ICT solutions.Skills / Experience:
Minimum 5 years of ICT sales or account management experience with a proven track record in verticals like banking, energy, transportation, or public administration.Experience building long-term relationships with major accounts.Excellent collaboration skills across various departments.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What we offer:
