The Opportunity
Location: Barcelona
Duration: 1-year contract
We are seeking a new talent to join our Prestige Brands Team and support the Executive Assistants in their day-to-day responsibilities.
What you'll have to do
1. Support the Executive Assistants and assist with day-to-day executive office operations.
2. Help organize meetings, events, and internal communications.
3. Contribute to preparing documents, presentations, and reports for management.
4. Assist with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
5. Collaborate with various departments on cross-functional activities.
6. Participate in basic data management, tracking, and follow-up of ongoing tasks.
7. Provide ad-hoc support to the Executive Office as needed.

8. Recent graduate (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
9. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
10. Ability to work with discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
11. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). (SAP is a plus)
12. Excellent communication skills in Spanish & English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.
13. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
