Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – Discover II 2026/2027. The program starts on 5 October 2026 and ends on 1 October 2027. It is a full‑time internship (40 hours per week) that includes an attractive study grant.
Program Overview
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.
The current context requires new ways of looking, thinking and relating. The selection process runs from April 2026 to July 2026.
Internship Description
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, and to discover the skills most in demand today. The three blocks will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, allowing you to learn and complete your academic background. The internship starts in early October 2026 and lasts 11 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Co‑Design: contribute to all phases of the design to ensure industrial needs are met and push industrial requirements to Engineering and Supply Chain.
- Industrialization: participate in the definition of processes for mechanical engineering, calculate operation times, and engage in the implementation of the first installation with required shop‑floor feedback loops for manufacturing readiness.
- Support shop‑floor activities.
- Consider health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
- Level B2 English.
- Curiosity and proactiveness.
- Team spirit and excellent collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
