The Group Data Office (GDO) steers this change through five streams: COO & Transversal, Data Management & Shared Data, ESG Data & Systems, Data Privacy & Protection, and AI Office.

Mission
- Lead strategic data projects that operationalize the Group’s Data Strategy.
- Ensure every initiative complies with data frameworks, regulatory standards and budget‑time‑quality targets.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation in data governance.
What you’ll do
* Deliver data projects end‑to‑end, aligning scope, timelines, costs and quality.
* Translate the Data Strategy into actionable initiatives, bridging business needs and IT delivery.
* Coordinate Business Lines, Group Functions and IT to secure timely decisions.
* Guarantee compliance with internal policies, BCBS 239, privacy‑by‑design and data‑protection rules.
* Set up and manage project governance, KPI tracking, reporting and steering‑committee preparation.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in data‑focused project management (incl. planning tools and project framing).
* Strong organisational, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills;
creativity to drive results.
* Ability to anticipate business needs, improve processes and lead cultural‑change initiatives.
* Knowledge of data quality, security, processing, and relevant IT/IP law.
* Fluency in English;
French and/or local language preferred.
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
