Regional Transformation Change Director – S4O9 ERP & Planning Location: Europe (Flexible), with occasional travel A leading global FMCG organisation is embarking on one of its most significant transformation programmes—implementing next-generation ERP and supply chain planning platforms across its European business. We are seeking a strategic change leader to shape and drive regional change adoption, ensuring teams across Europe embrace new ways of working and achieve full business readiness for launch. What you'll do: Lead the European change strategy for a multi-year ERP and integrated planning transformation Build, inspire and manage a high-performing regional change team Partner with senior executives to embed change capability across functions and markets Design and lead stakeholder engagement through an extensive change network Develop communications and readiness approaches ensuring consistent adoption and alignment What you'll bring: Proven experience (10 years) leading large-scale, complex change programmes across functions and geographies Expertise in ERP/S4HANA transformation programmes or similar enterprise system rollouts Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills up to executive level Background in FMCG, manufacturing or large global organisations Recognised change management certification and exceptional leadership credentials This is a rare opportunity to influence a major business transformation, shaping how thousands of people work across Europe.
