Role

We are looking for a dynamic Partner Development Manager to lead the identification, negotiation, and growth of strategic partnerships—both public and private—that expand NaviLens' global reach. You will be the architect of a robust partner ecosystem that supports the promotion, sale, and deployment of our technology across key verticals such as mobility, retail, public services, and culture.

Responsibilities
* Define and implement a global partner development strategy.
* Identify high-potential partners:
distributors, integrators, NGOs, accessibility networks, and public entities.
* Lead full-cycle acquisition:
prospecting, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding.
* Develop scalable partner programs with clear tier structures, commercial terms, onboarding flows, and joint marketing benefits.
* Provide ongoing support, training, and performance review mechanisms.
* Help partners build compelling proposals and project delivery models.
* Monitor partner pipelines and performance metrics.
* Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Deployment teams to ensure up-to-date CRM records and track partner KPIs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Engineering, or related field.
* 7+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development in tech, accessibility, or public sector environments.
* Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
* CRM and data-driven decision-making proficiency.
* Comfortable in multicultural, multilingual settings.
