Role: HR Tech & Automation Lead
Your goal is to decouple the Unit's output from its headcount. You will re-architect legacy processes (e.g., onboarding), drive adoption of AI agents, and own strategic modeling of compensation policies.
Responsibilities
* Process Architecture & Automation
o Onboarding revamp: redesign the offer‑to‑onboarding workflow to a fully automated zero‑touch flow (Ashby → HRIS → Slack → IT) using low‑code tools (ActivePieces).
o Low‑code factory: identify manual toil across the team and ship API‑based automations to remove it.
* Compensation Strategy
o Grid evolution: own strategic modeling for salary grids, run competitiveness checks, propose evolution.
o Strategic inputs: provide data modeling required for budget planning and grid updates (upstream of operational hygiene managed by the Data Specialist).
* AI & Knowledge Operations
o AI agent factory: lead creation and maintenance of internal AI agents (using Dust) to answer repetitive employee queries.
o Talent automation: deploy AI enhancements for the recruiting team (auto‑dispatching, screening filters) to increase hiring velocity.
Profile
* Level B1‑C1.
* Product/Engineering mindset: think in flows, edge cases, systems; deconstruct messy processes.
* Automation fluency: expertise with low‑code platforms (ActivePieces, Make, Zapier) and API connectors.
* Strategic modeling: comfortable handling compensation strategy and financial impact.
* AI pragmatism: understand how to prompt LLMs for reliable outputs and focus on adoption.
