Mission Reporting to the Business Line Manager of the Compressor Service & Optimization division (CSO), you will contribute to the growth of the business by implementing the After Sales Service strategy in our distributor network. This is based on 4 pillars: presence, efficiency, sales value (service ladder) and operational excellence in the execution of services. You will be in daily contact with our dealer network, our sales team, equipment divisions and our production unit based in Belgium.
Main Responsibilities Development of the Distribution business plan in the different strategic dimensions, following the principle of "growing up the service ladder".
Management, adjustment and implementation of the Distributor Policy in collaboration with the equipment divisions, to align BL\'s activities with respect to distributors.
Plan and organize the training strategy in anticipation of the future needs of our distributors, ensuring the knowledge of CTS products and tools in the distribution network.
Analysis of results with the Business Line Manager. Ensure the proper implementation of the connectivity strategy in the indirect market.
Territory Management
Attend Dealer Review Meetings (DRM’s).
Periodic visits to distributors\' premises and their customers to promote CTS products.
Continually develop and adapt support tools
Know and keep informed of all new service products launched by the group.

Experience and Education requirements Experience of, atleast, 3years in technical service department (similar position)
Experience in an industrial company will be valuable.
With a technical or engineering background, you combine a developed commercial sense and excellent technical knowledge.
Good IT skills (Office 365); knowledge of SAP & Cloud for Sales would be an asset.
High level of English (both written and spoken)
