Overview
We are looking for two Renewals Support positions for an important software company located in Barcelona. One of the positions requires knowledge of English and French, and the other requires knowledge of English and Italian. Responsibilities
Understand customers / local requirements. Create support case, follow up with internal teams. Basic interaction with customers and resellers to follow up on renewals / inbound leads received. Support building target account list to the team. Pull and share report from Salesforce CRM. Requirements
Excellent English, French or Italian written and verbal communication skills. Excel basic functions required. We need Business level Fluency. Experience collaborating with multiple departments. Experience communicating with Customers. Organized and problem solver. We offer
