In this strategic role, you will lead category management and sourcing strategies for printed materials across the EMEA region, helping our clients gain maximum value while delivering against business goals.You'll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure a robust sourcing strategy, while also supporting business development, procurement best practices, and operational execution. We welcome candidates from across Europe who are happy to work on a remote basis.Key Responsibilities Develop and lead category sourcing strategies for printed materialsManage sourcing plans and ensure their successful executionProvide category expertise to account management and business development teamsBuild strong, collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers and internal stakeholdersSupport contract negotiations for complex sourcing needsIdentify and implement demand-optimisation and standardisation opportunitiesEnsure compliance with ethical and procurement standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise savings and valueSkills, Knowledge and Expertise Minimum 5 years\' strategic sourcing experience, ideally within print or marketing servicesProven track record in category management and sourcing across EMEAStrong negotiation and supplier relationship skillsExperience using sourcing tools and managing category plansA collaborative, solution-focused approach and a drive to deliver resultsFluency in English (other languages a plus)Degree in business, supply chain, or engineering preferredEqual Opportunities adm Indicia s proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
