**Your Job**
**Guardian Industries Navarra S.L** is looking for a **Maintenance Supervisor for a 4-shift rotation** to join our Reliability department at our facility in Tudela (Navarra).
You will be responsible for leading and managing the maintenance team to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment reliability.
**What You Will Do**
- Provide influential leadership to support the organization as we advance our management culture based on principles (PBM).
- Lead, guide, and develop a team of maintenance technicians who will work with you on a four-shift schedule.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life.
- Promote a safety culture and ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, transformation, and production, to identify opportunities for process improvements, resolve issues, and implement best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Properly maintain maintenance activities in the plant management system (EAM).
- Supervise subcontractors working in the plant.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Availability to work on a 4-shift rotational schedule (Morning-Afternoon-Night).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members to achieve goals.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Preferably a Mechanical Engineer (mechatronics, machinery) or Electrical Engineer.
- Higher Degree qualifications with industrial experience will be valued.
- Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
