We are looking for a Commercial Backoffice who will be responsible for providing comprehensive commercial support to the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), acting as a key liaison between the German commercial manager and the local CELO team in Castellar del Vallès, while ensuring excellent customer service and administrative efficiency. What will you do? Supporting customers by phone, email, online in the DACH region. Provide commercial assistance to customers and the sales network. Close communication with commercial/logistic/quality/production. Preparation and processing of quotations in the ERP system and transmission to customers when necessary. Prepare and send quotations to German distributors. Follow-up on submitted quotations to customers and distributors. Support C-category customers including follow-up activities and quotation preparation. Sending samples to customers or the commercial network. Administrative support for commercial activities in the DACH market. Act as a bridge between the German commercial manager and the local CELO team in Castellar del Vallès. Follow-up on technical feasibility studies requested by the German market. What are we looking for? Professional training in administration or equivalent, preferably in foreign trade area. Minimum 2 years in administrative management, preferably in technical product sales. Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential. Experience in the DACH market or German-speaking environment will be highly valued. Fluent German (spoken and written) is an added value. IT skills at user level.
