Overview Role Territory: Between Valencia and Alicante. This position will be responsible for target market exploration to identify new prospects and business opportunities with endorsers such as national accounts, installations, architects, designers, installers, public and private clients. We are looking for candidates who have sales experience in the sanitary / interior design / architecture industry with a technical background.
Responsibilities Explore new channel opportunities and / or seek new ways to promote innovative products
Generate new business opportunities in all existing channels, with a creative approach
Study and identify unconventional ways to promote the current portfolio
Supervise all players in the area of competence
Promote growth in the area through solutions in cooperation with sales agents, agencies and ASMs
Manage internal CRM and prepare appropriate reports for the assigned area / zone
Essential Skills / Competencies University studies in architecture or interior design or engineering
Min 5 years’ experience in similar positions
Strong English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Collaborative and results oriented approach
Forward thinking and strong strategic planning skills
Experience in identifying and implementing improvements to workflow and operational efficiency
Strong knowledge of CRM system(s) and the Google package
Knowledge of investors and residential developers and hospitality businesses (hotel chains) in Spain
Knowledge of Salesforce (nice to have)
