Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring smooth daily operations
Set and align program goals with internal teams and client expectations
Monitor and optimize sales team performance through data analysis and forecasting
Lead performance reviews and deliver executive-level business presentations
Mentor and develop team members through structured coaching and training
Motivate individuals by aligning growth opportunities with team objectives
Oversee timely delivery of milestones and execution of strategic initiatives
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance accountability
Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Talent, and Operations departments
Implement scalable processes to meet evolving program needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Requirements:
? Fluent in English (C1+), both spoken and written
? 5+ years in a sales-driven environment (SaaS/Tech background is a plus)
? 3+ years of experience in team or people management
? Proven success in client-facing stakeholder engagement
? Strong record of sales target achievement
? Comfortable managing hybrid or remote teams
? Skilled with CRM systems and sales enablement tools
? Analytical mindset and strong presentation skills
? Strong knowledge of structured sales and coaching methods
? Familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and project milestone tracking
