Managing day‐to‐day accounting operations including AP/AR and customer billingPreparing bank and credit‐card reconciliationsPosting journal entries and supporting month‐end closeMaintaining revenue schedules and financial documentationPreparing VAT filings (Modelo 115, 303, 349, 390 & 347)Assisting with audits and delivering ad‐hoc financial analysisCollaborating with global teams and contributing to process improvements You'll also work flexible hours to connect with our US corporate office — because at Aleyant, we work as a global team. xpzdshu What you bringInstead of focusing on years, we value relevant accounting experience and the ability to work proactively and independently in a global environment.
Relevant hands‐on accounting experienceAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracyExperience with Net Suite or similar accounting systemsStrong organizational and analytical skillsCollaborative mindset with strong communication skillsFluency in English & SpanishAvailability on short notice or ideally immediate availability
