**Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**:
Identify and prospect potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain qualitative relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
**Recruitment**:
Sourcing and pre-selection interviews through phone calls, references, etc.
Access to the best recruitment tools on the market and support from an amazing team to ensure your success.
Understand and challenge new needs; define a proactive Recruitment and Sourcing strategy.
Work as a team with your clients, managers, and other TA teams.
Become a recruitment expert on a specific sector and on different roles and markets.
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar.
Around 1 year of experience in recruitment or business development (experience in IT or Engineering)
Great communication skills, dynamism, creative thinking, and the ability to identify talents.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a business development mindset to create and maintain qualitative relationships with different points of contact.
