Interim HR Director & Social Relation (M/W)
Location: Madrid (Barcelona region). The role focuses on leading social transformation and ensuring HR continuity across Spain and various southern European countries.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement social transformation in close coordination with the Group, within Spanish labour law and HR legal processes.
* Ensure HR business continuity by directly managing the local HR team during the transformation phase.
* Deploy the new organization to align the country and other European countries with the new business strategy.
* Coordinate closely with external legal advisors and employee representative bodies.
* Drive delivery of the HR leadership and social transformation described in the mission scope.
Essential Qualifications
* Expert in Spanish social and legal relations.
* Proven experience in restructuring and social relations management.
* Inवा experience in B2B sectors such as specialized distribution, transport, logistics, supply‑chain, fleet management, or equivalent.
* Strong legal knowledge of labour and social matters.
* Experience working with Group and local employee representative bodies.
* Hands‑on, execution‑driven profile اذ strong"doer" mindset.
* Spanish native or fully fluent, business‑level English.
* Agile within complex matrix organisations; pragmatic, reliable and easy to work with.
* Immediate availability in Spain to start around mid‑January.
Mission Details
* Temporary mission based in Barcelona, with business mobility to key cities in Spain strategies.
* Duration: 6 months, renewable depending on circumstances.
* Start date: ASAP, expected mid‑January.
