A leading company is looking for a ServiceNow Something# Certified Technical Architect (CTA), who will be responsible for leading the technical architecture of the clients ServiceNow platform, ensuring its integrity, proper governance, best practices adoption, and continuous technological evolution in highly complex environments. Define and lead the global technological evolution strategy of the ServiceNow platform.Establish and manage platform governance (CoEI), ensuring a clear architecture, centralized core data management, and developmenteenkomst standards.Review requirements and assess the impact of new demands to maintain platform integrity, quality, and scalability.Manage the ServiceNow platform, including instance governance, upgrades, security, integrations, performance monitoring, and release management.Drive global automation initiatives and promote continuous innovation across the platform.Active ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification – MANDATORY.Proven experience working as a CTA on large-scale, complex projects, preferably in consulting environments or large enterprises.Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as:Legal Service DeliveryStrong experience in platform governance and administration: instance management, upgrades, security, integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server), and performance.Spanish: English: Fluent technical English for direct communication with the vendor (ServiceNow).Participation in strategic digital transformation projects.
