Requirements
Job Summary As a mid-level Accountant / Controller, you’ll ensure the financial health and transparency of our global operations. You’ll handle bookkeeping, prepare financial reports, and advise on budgeting and compliance.
What you’ll do as a Mid-Level Accountant / Controller…
* Manage day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, payroll) in compliance with regulations.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-saving strategies.
* Oversee budgeting processes and track variance analysis.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions.
What we’re looking for…
* 3–5 years of experience in accounting or financial control.
* Familiarity with international finance regulations is a plus.
* Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Excel.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
* Willingness to work within a global, remote-first framework.
