Responsibilities
* Coaching and competence development.
* Assisting and coaching employees to provide top-notch service to our customers.
* Implementation of new procedures, projects, and customers.
* Personnel responsibility administration such as time sheets, salary file, absence routines, updating / maintaining shift plan.
* Used to following service levels - KPIs and SLA’s.
* Follow up on quality and deviations, plan and execute.
* Create and maintain instructions and operations manuals.
* Resource management, shift planning and maintenance.
* Covering for other Team leaders in case of absence of any kind.
* Work closely with other departments within Viking Assistance Group.
Qualifications
* You have great experience from leadership or supervision.
* Solid experience from customer service sector.
* You have been a team leader before, or you would like to step up to become one.
* You speak and write fluent in Norwegian .
* You speak and write good English.
* You are experienced of changing environment.
* You are able to switch from detail to helicopter perspective if necessary.
* You are experienced in recruitment.
