Key Responsibilities
General Tasks
* Design,assess,andcarryoutrepairsonelectrical,electronic,hydraulic,andmechanicalcomponentsintheworkshop.
* Definepartsbreakdowns,sparepartslists,andrequiredcomponentsforvariousrepairprocesses.
* Designanddeveloptools,fixtures,andtestingequipmentfordiagnosticsandrepairedcomponents.
* Creatprocedures,checklists,workshopprotocols,anddocumentationforbothfunctionalandregulatorytesting.
* Activelycontributetoallworkshopactivities,supportingcontinuousimprovement,testingevolution,andR&Dinitiatives.
Specific Tasks
* Diagnose,repair,andcalibratemachineryandcomponentsrelatedtorenewableenergy(electrical,electronic,mechanical),addingvalueandreducingenvironmentalimpact.
* Developtechnicalinstructions,checklists,andproceduresforassignedtechnologies.
* Proposeimprovementstorepairedpartsbasedontechnicaldocumentationandstandards,ensuringassemblyandrepairfeasibility.
* Conductfailuremode,effects,andcriticalityanalysis(FMECA).
* Performlifecycleextensionstudies.
* Assemble,install,commission,andrepairindustrialequipment.
* Carryoutoperationsrelatedtotheassembly,maintenance,andtestingofrepairedproducts.
* Manufactureorassemblemechanical/electricalcomponentstoverifyfunctionalityandcompliancewithstandards.
* Diagnosefaultsbasedonsymptoms,technicianinput,andalarmhistory.

Minimum Requirements
* DegreeinIndustrialEngineering(ElectricalorElectronicpreferred).
* Provenexperienceinmaintenanceofassignedtechnologies.
* Proficiencywithmanufacturingsoftwareandtools.
* B2levelofEnglish.
* Advancedcomputerliteracy(MSOfficeandsimilar).
* Strongautonomy,initiative,teamwork,andattentiontodetail.
* Flexibilitytoadapttovaryingtasks,schedules,andprojects.
* Excellentcommunicationanddocumentationskills.
