The Role: We are seeking an Operations Specialist to become the backbone of our data management. In this role, you will maintain the integrity of our tracking tools and drive efficiency across our international markets.
Your mission:
- Data Architecture: Build, maintain, and optimize internal tracking systems using Excel, Google Sheets, and Airtable.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, creating dashboards that support strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Audit current workflows to spot bottlenecks and implement smoother, more efficient processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, HR, Clinical, and Legal teams to ensure data alignment across the business.
- Tool Implementation: Assist in the rollout of new operational tools across our integral markets.

Bonus if you have:
- Experience in healthcare, tech or scale-up environments
- Knowledge of another European language
