Integrated Research - Engagement Manager role at IQVIA. The Engagement Manager in the EMEA Integrated Research team is responsible for driving innovative solutions to key HQ clients in EMEA, generating target revenues, providing strategic client support, overseeing the delivery of high-quality studies, and developing repeat business. The role focuses on integrating diverse research solutions (primary and secondary intelligence) and leveraging the broader IQVIA offer to have meaningful client discussions. It also involves developing winning proposals, evaluating methodological options, coaching team members, and contributing to business development. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the delivery of the Integrated Research offer for key HQ clients in EMEA, deploying the right resources and innovations to generate repeat and new business from major accounts. Understand client needs and develop high-quality proposals to address those needs. Provide strategic thinking to client issues, outline clear client actions, and act as a trusted advisor on projects. Ensure offering development is scalable across different client business issues. Design research solutions, including identification of relevant data assets, methodology, samples, questionnaires, discussion guides, and other research tools. Lead the implementation of the business vision and objectives, and support business development. Coach offshore and junior team members. Take responsibility for a significant portion of the business and achieve revenue targets. Manage end-to-end consulting and Primary Market Research projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams (fieldwork, programming, desk research). Who You Are
University degree holder with 8+ years of experience in life science or healthcare consulting. Preference for candidates with international/cross-country consulting and market research experience in the pharmaceutical area. Excellent project management, relationship-building, and client-influencing skills with an established network. Strong ability to manage large or multiple projects and meet deadlines while delivering high-quality outcomes. Ability to contribute to business development through leads and proposal development. Excellent knowledge of English and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Benefits
