WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
- Strong experience as a Project Manager leading complex technical implementations.
- Solid understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) tools and processes.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and compliance frameworks such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Proven ability to manage cross‐functional teams, vendors, and system integrators.
- Experience coordinating requirements gathering, deployment, and post‐implementation support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify, track, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Lead the end‐to‐end implementation of the Codebeamer platform, managing the full lifecycle from requirements to deployment and post‐go‐live support.
- Drive the implementation of Codebeamer–3DExperience interfaces, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business needs.
- Develop and maintain the project plan, including scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budget.
- Coordinate with the system integrator and cross‐functional teams (engineering, IT, quality, compliance, suppliers).
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in the implementation.
- Ensure the system complies with automotive regulatory and process requirements (ASPICE, ISO 26262, IATF 16949, cybersecurity).
- Support stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to ensure adoption.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and present updates to senior leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
