We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager IT – Digital Quality Systems (m/f/d) to lead large-scale system implementations within the pharmaceutical sector. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams and guide complex programs involving global stakeholders, regulated IT systems, and quality processes. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of technology, compliance, and pharmaceutical quality systems.What you'll be doing Leading complex digital transformation projects in regulated life sciences environmentsManaging end-to-end implementation programs for enterprise quality systems and digital platformsCoordinating cross-functional teams across business, IT, quality, and validationManaging timelines, project risks, and stakeholder communication across international teamsDriving implementation governance including steering committees, status reporting, and escalation managementEnsuring alignment with regulatory requirements such as GxP, Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity principlesOverseeing validation strategy and compliance activities related to regulated IT systemsSupporting change management, process harmonization, and global rollout activitiesWhat we're looking for 5+ years of experience in project management within pharma, biotech, or other regulated industriesProven experience managing IT system implementations (e.g., Veeva, SAP, Oracle, LIMS systems)Strong understanding of GxP environments, validation concepts, and quality processesExperience coordinating international project teams and multiple stakeholdersFluency in German and English (both required)Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skillsStructured and solution-oriented working style with strong risk awarenessNice to have Familiarity with Computer System Validation (CSV) and data integrity frameworks (ALCOA+)Experience working with global pharmaceutical organizationsWhy join Qualitice?
