At DUPLA Specialty Coffee, we focus on fresh, high-quality brunch in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a reliable and organized cook who enjoys working with simple, well-executed dishes and takes pride in consistency and cleanliness.
\n
This is a mostly cold kitchen (bagels, toasts, bowls), with a strong focus on speed, precision, and presentation.
\n
Your role
\n
\n
- Prepare and plate bagels, toasts, breakfast bowls, and baked items
\n
- Handle simple production and assembly with consistency and attention to detail
\n
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
\n
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization
\n
- Manage stock, monitor prep levels, and assist with ordering
\n
- Coordinate closely with the front-of-house team for smooth service
\n
\nWe’re looking for someone who\n
\n
- Has experience in a kitchen (brunch, café, or similar)
\n
- Works well independently and takes initiative
\n
- Is fast, organized, and detail-oriented
\n
- Maintains high hygiene and cleanliness standards
\n
- Is a reliable team player with a positive attitude
\n
- Has basic English (Spanish is a plus)
\n
\nBonus: experience with baking or prep kitchens\n
