Job Responsibilities
1. IT Resource Management: Responsible for operation and maintenance of server resource pools, including public cloud deployment and dedicated tenant systems (e.g., TPS, ROTA, PRIX, SOC). Analyze and troubleshoot server and business system issues.
2. Monitoring & Analysis: Analyze and handle monitoring and alert logs of business systems and servers.
3. Service Release: Manage service releases for business platform version iterations.
4. Database Operations: Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of databases (SQL stack).
5. Issue Troubleshooting: Quickly identify and resolve application and business system operation issues, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
6. O&M; Documentation: Record and output daily operation and maintenance activities, and develop standardized documentation and archives.
7. Language: Use English as the daily working language for both verbal and written communication.
Job Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields preferred.
2. Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in internet, cloud computing, or IT-related fields.
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Linux commands.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Huawei Cloud, etc.).
- Basic data management and query skills.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

2. Documentation: Capable of creating and maintaining operation and maintenance documentation and records.
3. Stress Management: Able to work under pressure.
4. Language Skills:
- Fluent English for daily communication (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German is an advantage.
- Strong Chinese writing skills are preferred.
