As a Business Development Manager (Hunter profile), you will be responsible for driving new partner acquisition and unlocking commercial growth by proactively identifying, targeting, and converting high‐potential hotel partners. New Business Acquisition & GrowthTarget partners with clear uplift potential and design differentiated commercial conditions .Commercial Strategy & ExecutionPrioritise hotels based on value opportunity and commercial impact.Implement strategic growth plans aligned with regional and global commercial objectives.Work closely with Acquisition, Commodity, Differentiation, and Direct Channel teams to ensure efficient onboarding and conversion.Support transitions into differentiated commercial models and strategic acquisitions.Identify pipeline gaps and improve contracting quality to increase conversion.Proven experience in new business development / hunter roles, ideally within travel, tech, or hospitality.Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals.Ability to proactively prospect, qualify, and convert new partners.Data‐driven mindset with the ability to prioritise opportunities by value.Excellent written and spoken English.Join us to be part of a high‐impact commercial team where equal opportunities, ambition, and growth truly matter .
