You will be responsible for leading strategic organizational and technological transformation projects collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end organizational and technological transformation projects.
Map design optimize and implement business processes.
Collaborate on digital transformation initiatives and innovation strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations and corporate governance policies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Oversee project planning execution and delivery within defined scope time and budget.
Manage stakeholders and provide structured project reporting and communication.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting ideally within large transformation initiatives.
Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
PMP certification (Project Management Professional) highly valued .
Strong leadership communication and change management skills.
Proactive results-driven and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in office tools (Excel PowerPoint).
