Break down complex product functionality and communicate it clearly through microcopy, onboarding flows, tooltips, error messages, and more. Adapt English content into fluent, culturally relevant French, maintaining clarity, intent, and brand voice. Work closely with cross-functional product teams — including design, product management, development, and research — to build intuitive and effective user experiences. Use product data and KPIs (activation, conversion, retention, engagement) to guide content decisions and continuously optimize copy. Help shape French UX writing standards that align with global content strategies, while reflecting local language expectations and user behavior. ✅ What We’re Looking For: French speaker with professional fluency in English. 3 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or localization for digital products (experience in e-commerce or tech is a strong plus). Deep understanding of how content supports functionality and drives product engagement across the user journey. Ability to localize not just text, but also intent, structure, and emotional tone in a way that feels natural to the user.
