AML Analyst - Compliance (Openbank) - Maternity Leave 6-month Contract
Country: Spain

Responsibilities:
* Support the compliance of the Openbank Financial Crime program.
* Analyze AML/CFT screening results and identify improvement areas.
* Assist in updating internal policies and procedures.
* Track waivers and dispensations, following up on action plans.
* Evaluate trades related to AML/CFT, Sanctions, fraud, tax evasion.
* Conduct horizon scanning for regulatory reporting.
* Prepare SARs reports and present findings to committees.
* Contribute to internationalization and new product initiatives.
* Manage escalations of medium complexity.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in FCC roles.
* Degree in business administration, economics, or law.
* Experience with sanctions regimes, ABC, fraud, trade finance, or transaction monitoring.
* Strong communication skills in English (C1).
* Ability to perform statistical analysis; experience with data science tools is a plus.
* Experience managing KYC/FT screening tools.
* Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
