Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Events Manager to join our Marketing Team and lead the execution of impactful events. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will collaborate with marketing and sales to enhance the HQTS brand through face-to-face, hybrid, and digital events. Your responsibilities include creating and implementing event strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring successful event execution.
Responsibilities
* Event Strategy & Execution : Develop strategies for various event formats (tradeshows, forums, roadshows). Manage all planning and execution phases, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event activities.
* Vendor & Partnership Management : Oversee relationships with vendors and agencies. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless event delivery.
* Event Design & Logistics : Manage booth design and setup. Handle logistical arrangements such as venue booking and scheduling.
* Content & Messaging : Create and review event materials with content creators. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective messaging.
* Performance Measurement : Track event performance and business impact. Manage lead tracking and follow-up activities.
* Campaign Management : Lead pre- and post-event campaigns and reporting. Explore new event opportunities.
* Creative Execution : Apply creativity in planning and execution. Develop engaging concepts and storytelling.
* Feedback & Improvement : Conduct post-event evaluations and lead review meetings. Gather insights for future enhancements.
Skills / Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing with vendor management.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Understanding of B2B marketing practices.
* Strong creative, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficient in budgeting and managing multiple events simultaneously.
