Location:
Spain (mostly remote – 1–2 days/month in Barcelona or Malaga depending on candidate preference)
Contract:
Initial 12 months (strong extension potential)
What You'll Do
- Be the go-to expert for end-user network connectivity and troubleshooting
- Maintain and configure
Cisco StackWise campus switches
- Manage
Palo Alto Networks firewall
policies and operations
- Configure and maintain
Cisco VLANs/trunking
- Act as escalation point for EMEA network operations
- Assist with
Cisco Nexus/ACI
and
SD-WAN
troubleshooting
- Participate in
network security incident response
What You'll Bring
- Hands-on experience with
Cisco StackWise
(daily operational use)
- Palo Alto firewall
experience (ACE or PCNSE preferred)
- Cisco SD-WAN
implementation and troubleshooting experience
- Strong
end-user network support
background (NOC, managed services, or campus ops)
- Excellent
English (C1)
communication for user-facing support
- Practical troubleshooting methodology and attention to detail
