What you will be doing to make a difference:
* Segment growth strategy. Define ICP tiers, audience architecture, and an always-on demand engine with quarterly burst campaigns tied to launches and key moments.
* Integrated campaigns. Plan and run multi-channel programs — paid social/search, email, content syndication, webinars, field events — with clear hypotheses, budgets, and targets.
* Digital performance. Own channel mix and experimentation; drive landing page and form conversion improvements.
* Sales orchestration. Align on MQL/SAL/SQL definitions, SLAs, and handoff; enable SDR/BDR plays with talk tracks, cadences, and assets.
* Data & attribution. Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps on lifecycle stages, UTMs, attribution models, and GDPR-compliant data hygiene.
* Forecasting & reporting. Own funnel and forecast views; communicate progress, risks, and learnings; codify playbooks for reuse.
What you need to succeed:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B marketing.
* Commercially minded and outcome-oriented — you think in pipeline, not just clicks.
* Strong storyteller who can translate complex value propositions into high-converting campaign offers.
* Experienced running multi-channel B2B demand programs for mid-market segments.
* Collaborative by default — you've worked effectively across Sales, PMM, Creative, and Ops.
* Comfortable in fast, iterative environments where playbooks are still being written.
* Solid grasp of marketing attribution, lifecycle stages, and RevOps tooling.
