This position will focus on building, implementing, and refining email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys, ensuring smooth execution and operational excellence of CRM initiatives.Build, launch, and continuously refine multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, web pop-ups, in-app messaging), ensuring content is delivered accurately and reaches target audiences effectively.Audience Segmentation and Personalisation: Apply existing segmentation strategies and use data insights to deliver personalised experiences for different customer segments.Asset Creation and Management: Create and manage marketing assets in tools such as Hubspot & Meta, working closely with content and design teams to ensure proper implementation and consistency across campaigns.Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the CRM team to ensure campaigns are fully supported by robust systems, accurate data integration, and automation. Additionally, collaboration with other marketing sub-departments as well as with other teams across the company (Patient Care, Sales, Booking, etc.), will be essential to ensure that campaigns are effectively executed and customer experiences are optimised at every touchpoint.3+ years of experience in CRM marketing, ideally in a mid-level role within a tech-driven, healthcare, or consumer-focused organisation.~ Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required, with a proven track record of executing CRM campaigns. Experience with other CRM or marketing automation tools (e.G., Salesforce, Braze, Klaviyo) is a plus.~ Knowledge of best practices for running and refining CRM-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, in-app), proficiency in creating compelling campaign copy and workflows that engage, convert and retain customers, and experience with A/B testing and optimising campaign elements to drive better results.~ Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyse campaign performance metrics (e.G., Knowledge of design tools like Figma for effectively collaborating with the design team and creating customer-centric assets.~ Strong project management skills. Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, tech, and data teams.~ Fluent proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
