Your mission and main responsibilitiesTo develop and implement an effective Optimization department, assisting the Service Business Line Manager in leading and supervising the team to achieve targets and customer satisfaction for the business, including the introduction of new products, services, and processes.To drive the professionalization of the Optimization department efficiently through the team to meet customer expectations and follow the optimization KPIs.To identify and drive process improvements and the optimal use of all Service optimization systems, maintaining a direct relationship with GECIA (engineering):
