**Position Overview:**We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team of BYD Dealership in Madrid. This individual will be responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to improve their performance and customer service skills.
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
* Ensure the sales team adheres to all sales processes and customer service standards.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
* Maintain a strong knowledge of the automotive market and competitor activities.
* Manage the sales floor, ensuring a positive and professional environment for both customers and staff.
* Handle customer complaints and escalate as necessary to ensure resolution.
* Participate in inventory management, working closely with the product team to ensure the right mix of vehicles is available to meet customer demand.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
* A minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
* A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English;
proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
