Shift Manager

We are seeking Shift Managers to join our vast fulfilment and operations network, in various locations across the EU. These are positive, self-motivated individuals with just the right combination of leadership skills and professional business acumen. This is a permanent position from day one.
Responsibilities
* What will you be doing? You'll be an inspiring leader in one of the following areas within the FC operations: Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack or Ship. Or you might work at one of our Delivery Stations, where you will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.
* Lead a team or a process from day one. You will receive support to hit the ground running and develop your career in a learn-by-doing culture.
* Lead by example, be responsible for training and integration of your team, and drive progress to achieve excellence with the team you manage.
* Exercise sound judgement to ensure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
* Contribute to creating the future of operations and logistics within one of the world's biggest, most innovative companies.
* Safeguard your team's safety while at work.

* Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
* University degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree), completed before start date
* Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
* Relevant experience in performing data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
* Experience in a logistical working environment
* Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
