VIE – Junior Category Manager (m / f / d) – Hotel Services
Location : Madrid, Spain
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of procurement? As a VIE – Junior Category Manager at Accor, you will join our dynamic Procurement Team in Europe and North Africa, working on Hotel Services categories. From laundry services to hotel textiles, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a multinational environment, based in our vibrant Madrid Head Office.
What will you do?
* Support the purchasing team in managing services for hotels, including cleaning services, waste management, guest laundry services, pest control, uniforms, and other related categories.
* Autonomously manage procurement categories and lead sourcing and process optimization projects.
* Conduct market research, supplier audits, and prepare critical data and insights.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration with hotels, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
* Promote sustainable supply solutions and contribute to Accor's journey towards carbon neutrality.
Qualifications
Our ideal profile would be :
* University education or business school diploma.

* Ideally, some experience or training in purchasing.
* Fluent in English; additional Spanish, Dutch, or French is a plus.
* Proficient in digital tools and Microsoft Office, with a knack for numbers and analytical thinking.
* Self-motivated, problem-solving, and eager to learn new subjects.
* A team player who thrives in an international environment.
