Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving enterprise account penetration in the Andalusia region and the private sector, along with sales and maintenance activities aligned with Huawei's enterprise business strategy, value proposition, and channel engagement model.
The position requires senior-level sales experience with both large enterprise accounts and mid-market opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Target, develop, and close opportunities in enterprise accounts within the assigned verticals, including banking, energy, transportation, and public administration.
Develop and maintain a territory channel plan for local partners, aligned with the channel team, and coordinate with other account managers managing national and global partners with local presence.
Enhance customer relationships by managing and coordinating all activities between Huawei and the customer. Promote the full range of Huawei Technologies solutions.
Create sales account plans to identify, quantify, and recommend sales actions to address new business opportunities, consistent with Huawei's enterprise strategy.
Utilize available sales engagement tools to ensure efficient and aligned execution.
Use Huawei reporting tools to share knowledge, foster synergies, and ensure business predictability.
Work towards individual targets and align efforts with team objectives.
Understand and practice solution sales mechanisms and components.
Demonstrate key enterprise account management skills, including forecasting, funnel management, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, account planning, power-based selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Show leadership, initiative, and motivation within the team.
Ensure proper handover and leverage organizational resources such as presales, services, and channels.
Gain extensive industry and Huawei enterprise hard skills knowledge.
Provide customer and market insights and feedback.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand integrity.
Qualifications:
Ability to develop new business models for customers using new technology.
Experience managing customer accounts at both CxO and technical levels.
Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, and develop competitive strategies and plans.
Good working knowledge of ICT solutions.
Skills / Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of ICT sales or account management experience, with a proven track record of project or account wins in verticals such as banking, energy, transportation, or public administration.
Proven ability to build long-term relationships with major accounts.
Excellent collaboration skills across various teams (product management, engineering, marketing).
Creativity and innovative thinking are essential.
Willingness to face challenges and a proactive attitude towards execution and success.
Strong task, priority, and time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
