**What You Can Expect**
The Technical Product Specialist is responsible for providing product, service and imaging support to effected end users.
**How You'll Create Impact**
+ Obtain knowledge in all applications, products, and imaging protocols to be able to assist team members in any escalations to management or key stakeholders.
+ Provide technical and product support for global internal and external customers via telephone, text message, and e-mail. Support may include analysis of x-rays, MRI, CT, or product options in connection with an ongoing surgery.
+ Gain knowledge of Personalized Solutions supported technologies and help troubleshoot with Technical Product Senior Specialist on imaging solutions.
+ Gain knowledge in surgical planning software, ability to navigate case management and related systems.
+ Assist in any new or existing team member training that is required to perform job duties.

**Your Background**
+ Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience, Associate's degree and 6+ years of experience or an Imaging Certification and 8+ years of experience in patient imaging and related fields.
+ RT and CT/MR Technologist Certification preferred.
+ Customer Support experience preferred.
+ General knowledge of anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the human body is preferred.
