Strategy & Innovation Manager

We're looking for individuals who think differently, possess exceptional talent, and have the energy to drive change. We seek a Manager to join our Strategy & Innovation team in Madrid to lead projects at national and international levels.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Play a key role in project execution, supporting individual team members, and taking overall responsibility for project outcomes.
2. Contribute to analysis, design, and implementation of tailored solutions for clients, working closely with them to ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
3. Become a true leader, leveraging your interests to inspire others, while working collaboratively within a team setting.
4. Lead complex projects involving large volumes of information, formulating hypotheses, testing assumptions, and developing recommendations for clients with a critical and strategic mindset.
Requirements / Proven Experience:
1. Master's degree or Bachelor in engineering or economics.
2. 5-7 years of experience in consulting firms, preferably managing large and complex projects.
3. Proven track record in managing digital transformation projects and working with cross-functional teams involving technology and digital teams.
4. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written English, and strong leadership presence.
5. A collaborative team player with high ethical standards and international work experience.
Must Have / Skills:
1. Analytical: Strong analytical background, knowledge of Power BI, and other data volume platforms.
2. Communication: Ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations.
3. Conceptualization: Capacity to conceptualize, frame, and design frameworks, ideas, and products to make them tangible for clients.
4. Mindset: Strategic, financial, and business understanding (360°).
5. Heart: Moved by people, supporting team members, and achieving project objectives.
