IT Support Technician – Veepee

If you find incident management exciting and thrive working in a team, you will be part of a small operational and IT (Tech transversal) support team. You will manage incidents, monitor the availability of our websites and essential services, and provide first‑level support for all level tech transversal and IT service desk management.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for Incident Management.
- Serve as the entry point for on‑call duties after working hours and during weekends on a rotating system.
- Create automation solutions that benefit the Incident Management team.
- Provide first‑line application support to the tech transversal team.
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
- Suggest, discuss, elaborate, apply, and support plans to meet the challenges of an ever‑growing company’s IT needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience with incident and IT service desk management.
- Strong troubleshooting methodology and adherence to best practices.
- IT bachelor’s degree (or equivalent by experience).
- Familiarity with at least one current programming language (ideally C#) and good knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced level of spoken and written English; another European language such as French is an advantage.
- Ability to work in early and late shifts between 6:30 am – 8:00 pm.
- Experience with workflow automation (ideally n8n or Zapier).
- Owns a car.
- Team player with a “can‑do” and “hands‑on” attitude.
- Service‑oriented and customer‑focused.
- Versátil, autonomous, and resourceful.
- Can handle pressure and high volumes of work.
