We continue to expand our Finance organization and are now looking for a Global Sales & Marketing Finance Director. This position reports to the VP Global Business Controller and will be the finance business partner for the Global Sales & Marketing EVP, a member of the executive management team.

Responsibilities
* Lead the development and management of budgets for the global sales and marketing departments.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial targets and strategic goals.
* Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to inform decisions.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop business cases for new products.
* Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for the executive team.
* Develop and maintain KPIs to track financial outcomes.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency.
* Implement financial tools and systems for data-driven decision-making.
* Act as a financial advisor to sales and marketing leadership teams.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in sales or marketing environments.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Strategic mindset with a proactive approach.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position is preferably located in our Valencia (Spain) office but can be remote.
